Air Fryer Miso Broccolini

A quick and easy side dish packed with flavor!

Tossed in a miso-olive oil mixture and air fried until tender and slightly charred, this simple side dish is healthy and flavorful.

Prep the broccolini


Trim the ends, rinse and pat dry.



Mix the miso paste, olive oil and minced garlic in a large bowl. Toss the broccolini in the mixture to coat. Arrange in the air fryer in a single layer.

Air fry for 7-9 minutes at 375°F or until the stems are tender and the florets are slightly charred.  When done, drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
