In a small dish, combine monk fruit sweetener (or coconut sugar), chipotle powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cumin and allspice. Season the pork chops.
Season the sliced onions and add both to the air fryer basket. Air fry at 380°F for 10 minutes. Flip and cook another 10 minutes or until done.
Top the cooked pork chops with the air fried onions and serve immediately.
