French Silk Pie

{keto + gluten-free}

A keto chocolate mousse-like filling in a gluten-free cocoa almond flour crust

Sweetened with monk fruit (zero added sugar).  Rich and chocolate-y.  Can also be made dairy free.

1. Make the crust. 2. Add the chocolate filling. 3. Chill the pie to set. 4. Top with whipped cream (or coconut cream).


Sprinkle on keto-friendly chocolate and serve.
