Soft and chewy with a rich chocolate center, these low-carb peanut butter blossoms are a healthier, sugar-free version of a holiday favorite.

Combine ingredients to form the peanut butter cookie dough.

Bake the cookies, and when they're hot out of the oven, press a teaspoon into the center to form an indent.

Melt the sugar-free chocolate chips with a bit of coconut oil and mix until smooth.

Pour the chocolate into the  centers.

Sprinkle flakey sea salt.
