Homemade  Apple Cider  (No Sugar Added)

Make the most of apple season with this homemade, sugar-free apple cider! 

Warm spices, sweet apple flavor and monk fruit sweetener come together for a low-carb apple cider to sip on all winter long.

Remove the apple stems and cut each apple into quarters. Don't worry about the core and seeds. Slice the orange into thick rounds.

Add the fruit and spices to a large pot. Cover it with water (about 10-12 cups).

Bring the mixture to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer and let it cook for 2 hours.

Mash the cooked apples using a potato masher or with a large wooden spoon.  Continue simmering for 30-45 minutes.

Mash the apples again, then strain the mixture by pouring the cider through a fine-mesh strainer.

Add monk fruit sweetener to the pot of cider, stirring until it dissolves.  Strain the cider a second time. Serve warm or cold and enjoy!
