Smoked Salmon Egg Bites

With smoked salmon and fresh dill, these easy egg bites are a delicious and flavorful breakfast!

Combine the eggs and cream cheese.

Mix in the fresh herbs, green onions, salt, pepper, lemon juice and cream.

Pour the egg mixture into the muffin cups. Add smoked salmon and crumbled feta. Transfer to the oven to bake.

Cool and remove

Cool the egg muffins for a few minutes then remove them from the muffin tin.
