The Details.

Crispy chicken skin.  Bold and spicy flavor. Tender, juicy chicken thighs.  An easy recipe that's doable any night of the week!

Combine the seasonings in a small dish. Coat the chicken thighs (use a Ziploc bag and shake or sprinkle it onto the chicken skin).

Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer and cook at 360°F for 15 minutes.  Flip and increase the temperature for the last 5-10 minutes.



Tip: the chicken is "done" when a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh  reads 165°F. 

A small amount of baking powder in the seasoning blend helps the skin get extra crisp. For the best results,  dry the chicken with a paper towel before seasoning.
