Simple spices with a secret ingredient (baking powder!) is the key to creating crispy and flavorful chicken wings in the oven.

Pat dry the chicken wings and toss them in a bowl with the seasonings until evenly coated.

Spread them on a baking rack set over a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes at 250°F.

Increase temperature to 425°F and bake for 40-45 more minutes until the chicken is crispy and golden.
