Gluten Free Shepherd's Pie

with Cauliflower Mash!

A meaty and savory filling is topped with a creamy, garlic cauliflower mash for this gluten-free Shepherd's pie recipe that's just as comforting as the classic!

Cook the ground beef with onions, carrots and celery along with seasonings and herbs.

Roast cauliflower and garlic while the meat mixture cooks. Blend it with  egg yolk, butter and cream (or dairy-free milk) to create the cauliflower mash topping.

Spread the cauliflower mash over the meat mixture in a large casserole dish or pie dish.

Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350°F.
