Avocado mayonnaise, Parmesan and fresh lemon juice are the main ingredients in the homemade dressing. Top this salad with grilled steak or your protein of choice.
In a mixing bowl, combine anchovy paste, garlic, lemon juice and Dijon mustard.

Add avocado mayonnaise, almond milk, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Season the sirloins with Cajun rub, then grill over high heat or cook in a cast iron skillet until desired temperature.
In a salad bowl, add the snap peas, Romaine and Parmesan cheese. Toss the salad mixture in the dressing.
Slice the steaks and serve on top of the salad portions. Garnish with red pepper flakes and more Parmesan cheese, if desired.
