A fall favorite! This easy, pumpkin spice creamer is ready to enjoy in hot or iced coffee in just a matter of minutes!
You will need: Pumpkin purée, almond milk, heavy cream (or sub half and half), vanilla, spices and powdered monk fruit sweetener (or sub maple syrup).
add to a blender
Pour the almond milk, cream and vanilla into a blender. You can use a regular blender or bullet blender.
Add the sweetener, canned pumpkin and spices. Blend for a few seconds, then taste and add extra sweetener if needed.
The creamer should be pretty sweet since the sweetness will mellow once added to coffee. Sweeten to taste!
Pour the pumpkin spice creamer into a mason jar or similar storage container. Store in the refrigerator for 7 days.
