No-Bake  Energy Bites

These high protein, no-bake energy bites are sweet, chewy, and won't spike your blood sugar! The chewy cookie dough flavored bites are simply irresistible.

You will need: blanched almond flour, almond butter, unsalted butter, sugar-free maple syrup (or regular), chopped dark chocolate, vanilla, salt, and vanilla protein powder.

Combine the wet ingredients in a mixing bowl. Use a rubber spatula to mix until smooth.

Mix in the almond flour and vanilla protein powder.

Add the chopped chocolate. Use a cookie dough scoop to scoop out bite-sized amounts. Set them on a plate and top with flaky sea salt.

Enjoy immediately or store them in the fridge to chill a bit. Before serving, let them come to room temperature for about 15 minutes to soften.
