This three-ingredient recipe is so simple to make!  Top your favorite desserts and treats- you can't even tell it's low carb!

You'll need: heavy cream or whipping cream, powdered monk fruit sweetener, and pure vanilla extract. That's it!

In a chilled mixing bowl, combine the ingredients. Mix on medium speed until soft peaks form.

Set mixer to medium-high and whip for another 3-4 minutes or until it reaches desired consistency.

Taste the whipped cream and add more sweetener, if needed.
