Pan Fried Chicken Thighs with Green Beans

Boneless and skinless chicken thighs, fresh green beans, lemon, garlic, butter and simple seasonings create a flavorful pan fried chicken thigh skillet meal!

Season the chicken thighs with a simple spice mix of salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Steam the green beans in the skillet for a few minutes, then remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add avocado oil and pan fry the chicken thighs for about 5-7 minutes per side over medium-high heat. Remove and set aside.

Deglaze the pan with chicken broth, then add garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for a few minutes to reduce by half, then stir in the butter.

Add the steamed green beans and the pan fried chicken thighs back into the skillet. Gently toss in the sauce to coat evenly. Garnish with more red pepper flakes of parsley!
