Paprika Chicken with Onions and Cream

This paprika chicken recipe is an easy, one-skillet meal with savory onions and a rich cream sauce!

Cook the onions in a large skillet with the avocado oil and paprika.

Move the onions to the edges of the pan and add boneless/skinless chicken thighs to the center. Cook 5-8 minutes per side.

Remove the chicken when it's cooked, then add the white wine (or broth) to deglaze the pan. Simmer and reduce for 1-2 minutes, then add the cream and heat on low.
