Paprika Sauce for Chicken

Make a  simple paprika sauce for chicken (or your favorite protein and veggies!). Paprika, aromatics and cream create a delicious base for this simple, flavor-packed sauce.

Cook the onions in the butter for a few minutes to soften.

Add the garlic, paprika (any kind), and broth. Simmer to reduce, then pour in the heavy cream.

Stir and continue to heat over medium-low heat for a few minutes or until the sauce comes to a gentle boil. Remove from heat.

add parmesan

Stir in the Parmesan cheese (if using- it's optional) and the fresh lemon juice. Stir until the cheese has melted, then serve immediately over chicken, beef or  roasted veggies.
