Pecan Crusted Salmon

Flaky salmon with a pecan and coconut crust! This simple salmon recipe makes a delicious, healthy dish that is low carb and gluten free. 

gather ingredients


You will need: simple seasonings, a brown sweetener, raw pecans, unsweetened coconut flakes, butter, wild salmon, and fresh chives or parsley.

make the pecan mixture


In a food processor, pulse together the pecans, coconut, butter and herbs. In a small dish, combine the seasonings.

prep the salmon


Lay the salmon out on a parchment lined baking sheet. Spread the Dijon mustard all over the top of the fish in an even layer.



Generously sprinkle the entire seasoning blend on the salmon.

 Spread the pecan mixture on top of the fish and bake at 425°F for 15-18 minutes.
