Radish Salad with Greek Yogurt Dressing

Crisp radishes, cool cucumbers, fresh herbs and a creamy Greek yogurt dressing create a delicious medley of flavors in this easy summer salad!

Make the Greek yogurt dressing, then pour some of it over the chicken thighs and let them marinate.

Slice the radishes and cucumbers extra thin, preferably with a mandoline slicer.

Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, then remove from the heat. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve on top of your salad with lots of extra black pepper.
