A healthy tomatillo salsa with charred tomatillos, green chile peppers and creamy avocado.
Char the vegetables
Broil the tomatillos, chile peppers and onion for 5-8 minutes or until blistered. They'll release juices and turn slightly charred.
Cool, then transfer the vegetables to a food processor or blender with the lime juice and garlic. Pulse to turn it into a chunky salsa.
add cilantro and avo
Stir in cubed avocado and chopped cilantro. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate or serve immediately!
