Traeger Grilled Salmon

Grilled salmon on the Traeger is  flavorful and results in tender, flaky salmon with a buttery texture.

For this simple Traeger grilled salmon recipe, you will need: a side of salmon, butter, shallot, fresh chives, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Combine all of the topping ingredients in a small dish and mix well (make sure you're using softened butter).

Spoon the topping onto the side of salmon, then spread it into an even layer all across the top.

Transfer the salmon to a pellet grill preheated to 275°F. Let it cook at the low heat for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature is 130-135°F.

Remove from the pellet grill and transfer to a serving dish. Cut into smaller portions and serve immediately.
