stemandspoon.com

Traeger grilled salmon is juicy, flaky and flavorful. It is slow-cooked on a pellet grill which allows the salmon filet to cook evenly, with a wonderfully subtle smoke flavor.

Top Tips for the Best Traeger Salmon

Use wild-caught salmon when possible. Monitor the internal temperature with the grill probe and a meat thermometer. Cook the salmon at a lower temperature.
