Vanilla Almond Butter Grain-free Granola

This grain-free granola recipe comes together so easily, and is so much more affordable than a store-bought version!

You'll need a mix of raw nuts, seeds, coconut oil, vanilla, almond butter, a sugar-free (or low-sugar) sweetener, and a food processor to make your own grain-free granola  at home.

Add all of the nuts and seeds to a food processor and pulse a few times to roughly chop everything. Make sure it's a rough chop and not fully processed. If preferred, you can rough chop the nuts on a cutting board with a knife.

Mix all of the wet ingredients together in a medium bowl, then combine it with the chopped nuts and seeds. Crumble it onto a baking sheet.

Bake until golden brown, then sprinkle the grain-free granola with salt and let it cool completely.

Enjoy the grain-free granola over yogurt, smoothies, or as a snack all by itself!
