Cantaloupe, berries and mint give this winter fruit salad the most incredible flavor!

Perfectly-ripe cantaloupe is key- it creates a sweet and juicy base that works well with the salt and lime. You will also need raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, citrus juice and mint. Add pomegranate arils for an extra festive touch!

Mash a 1/2 cup of raspberries with the citrus juice and sweetener to create the easy dressing.
