The great thing about cheeseburger bowls is you can modify the recipe with your favorite burger toppings! Grass-fed burger patties are topped with sautéed onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, pickles and an earthy black truffle aioli.
Cook the burger patties however you prefer (in a cast iron skillet or on the grill). Add the cheese during the last minute or so to allow it to melt.
In a separate skillet, cook the onions and the mushrooms until they're browned and golden.

Combine avocado oil mayonnaise, black truffle oil, garlic and salt in a small dish and mix well.
Build your tasty cheeseburger bowls! Use greens as the base, top with the burger patty, then the sautéed veggies and burger toppings. Finish with 1-2 dollops of the truffle sauce.
