make the sauce
Mix together the marinade ingredients: tamari, water, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, monk fruit sweetener, sriracha and xanthan gum.
marinate the steak
Place the strips of steak in a shallow bowl. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of the sauce over the steak. Mix and let it marinate.
slice the veggies
Prep and cut the mushrooms, bell pepper, green beans, bok choy and green onion. Set it aside.
cook
First, cook the chicken until nearly done. Add the steak, then remove the meat and set it aside. In the same skillet, cook green beans, bell pepper and mushrooms until tender. Add bok choy and green onions.
serve
Add the meat to the stir fry, then the rest of the sauce. Cook another 1-2 minutes, then serve topped with sesame seeds and red pepper flakes.
