gather ingredients
This gluten-free spice cake calls for: almond flour, coconut flour, monk fruit sweetener, eggs, oil, molasses, spices and shredded zucchini or apple (either works!).

Combine the oil, sweetener, eggs, molasses, vanilla and Greek yogurt.
add dry ingredients
Add the dry ingredients to the bowl, then fold in the grated zucchini or apple. Pour it into a square baking dish.
bake and frost
Bake the gluten free spice cake for 22-27 minutes at 350°F and cool completely. Make the chai cream cheese frosting and spread it on the cooled cake.
slice and serve
Dust the cake with extra ground cinnamon, if desired. Cut the cake into squares and serve.
