cook vegetables
Cook the grated mushrooms and onions in a bit of avocado oil to soften. Add the thyme, oregano and garlic, then cook for another minute.
combine
In a mixing bowl, add the ground turkey, egg, broth, Worcestershire sauce, almond flour, flax seed meal, seasonings and parsley.

Add the cooked vegetables to the rest of the ingredients. Mix well to combine.

Spread the barbecue sauce or tomato glaze on top and bake at 350°f for 40 minutes.
