Lemon, ginger and olive oil blend to create a creamy wellness shot that is ready in five minutes!

This easy lemon ginger drink only requires five ingredients and a few minutes to prepare!  You will need a whole lemon, olive oil, filtered water, a nub of ginger and honey.

Add the lemon, ginger, olive oil, honey and water to a high-speed blender.

Strain

Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to strain out the pulp (discard).

store

Store the lemon ginger drink in a large mason jar and keep in the fridge or serve immediately.
