Holiday Seafood Platter

Easy "Seacuterie" Board!

Loaded with succulent crab, halibut and shrimp, this seafood platter is perfect for holiday entertaining.

gather ingredients

1

You can load up a seafood platter with your favorite seafood of choice! This recipe calls for wild salmon, halibut cheeks, King crab legs and shrimp but feel free to use your own favorites!

prep salmon

2

Marinate the salmon pieces in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and sweetener.

cook crab and halibut

3

Steam the crab legs in a double boiler for 6-7 minutes. Pan-fry the halibut cheeks in a skillet with olive oil, butter, lemon juice and capers.

cook salmon and shrimp

4

Sauté the shrimp in the skillet with butter and minced shallot. They only need to cook for 90 seconds to 2 minutes per side. Meanwhile, broil the salmon bites for about 4-5 minutes per side.

assemble

5

Add all of the cooked seafood to a serving board or large platter (I like a wooden charcuterie board). Add the remaining pan sauces as dips along with any other "charcuterie" items you like. Fresh herbs, lemon, tartar sauce, olives, etc.!

Enjoy!
