This low-sugar strawberry chia jam is simple to make and is low carb and keto-friendly!  

Prepare berries

Hull the strawberries and slice them, then transfer them to a medium saucepan.

Add lemon juice and monk fruit sweetener. Cook the mixture until it reaches a slow boil.

add chia seeds

Stir in the chia seeds and cook for a few more minutes. Break down larger pieces of strawberries if needed.
