These tahini chocolate chip cookies come together with healthy, nutrient-dense ingredients: low-carb sweetener, almond flour, coconut flour, butter, coconut, eggs and tahini are the main players.

Combine the tahini, butter and sweetener. Mix until smooth, then add egg and vanilla extract.

Add in the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well, then fold in coconut flakes and chocolate chips.

Use a cookie dough scoop to spoon out portions of dough. Slightly flatten them between your palms and place on a baking sheet.
