3. Transfer spoonfuls of the spinach mixture into the bowl with the cream cheese mixture, pressing the spinach against the sides of the pan to squeeze out any excess water. Mix well.
4. Spread the mixture into an 8x8 baking dish and sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and let it cool 5 minutes before serving.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter or avocado oil
- 1-½ teaspoons minced garlic
- 8 ounces fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons diced jalapeños (from a jar)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¾ cup grated cheddar, pepper jack or cheese of choice

Instructions
