Stem and Spoon is dedicated to a mix of low carb, gluten free and ketogenic-friendly recipes that are healthy, nourishing and created with real foods.
While I don't particularly love diet labels, I use them in my recipes to help readers understand what to expect and to help you find what you're looking for.
All of the recipes here are low carb and gluten free. Most of them are also keto diet friendly, and often times dairy free (or with dairy alternatives listed).
However you define your style of eating (and even if you don't define it at all), my goal is to provide you with easy and elevated recipes of the "healthy-but-it-doesn't-taste-healthy" sort.
Like this super tender and beefy Mississippi pot roast. Or my 30-minute chicken and steak stir fry. And the occasional sweet indulgence for balance.
